Chauvet DJ Hurricane 1000 is a lightweight and compact fog machine that combines dense fog output with true portability for mobile DJs, bands, small venues, and event production. It can be operated from a distance using either the included wired or wireless remote, making it easy to trigger fog bursts from FOH, a DJ booth, or backstage. After an initial heat up period, the Hurricane 1000 is always ready to provide fog on demand.

Remote Operation and On-Demand Output

Designed for quick cues and simple control, the Hurricane 1000 features a manual fog button for immediate operation at the unit. Its Always Ready technology helps keep the machine prepared to deliver fog when you need it, and the ultra-fast 2-minute heat-up time supports faster setup and turnaround between uses. For visibility during operation, the LED-illuminated tank indicates heater status and helps you monitor fluid levels more safely in dark environments.

Clean, Water-Based Fog for Lighting Effects

The machine produces residue-free, water-based fog output that helps enhance beams and movement in light shows without oily buildup. With an output of 10,000 cfm and a fluid consumption rate of 20 ml/min, it is well-suited for punchy bursts and consistent atmosphere in small to mid-size spaces.
