I already have an account, do I need to sign up for the loyalty program?

New and Existing members are automatically signed up for the loyalty program.

Will I receive points for my previous orders?

Orders placed after May 15, 2025 will be eligible to earn points.

Will my points expire?

Yes, your points expire one year from the earned date.

Will I earn points for items purchased on NewLighting.com?

Yes, you will earn 1 point per $1 spent on items from NewLighting.com and on items sold by site members. You will earn 2 points per $1 spent on UL-Owned items.

Where can I see my points?

Once you have logged into your account, you can find your points by going to 'My Rewards' listed under 'My Account'. The rewards page is where you will be able to see your points history and redeem your points on the available rewards options.

Why are some of my reward points not available?

Reward points earned from purchases become available approximately two weeks after the order has been fully processed.
