NEW ROBE picklePATT

The NEW ROBE picklePATT is specifically designed to further the current trend for tungsten eye-candy on stage and set, for bands, television, film and general prop lighting, while keeping its vintage looks and utilizing the modern, readily available 575 W HPL lamp. The 575 W tungsten softlight is formed around a 392 mm sleek, spun parabolic aluminium body which maximizes its curves to look as good on stage as the performers it illuminates. The picklePATT proves that lighting fixtures can be more than just a practical neccessity, the luminaires themselves can be a piece of art and create the mood.

Designed for Camera-Friendly Tungsten Looks

With a 3050 K color temperature, the picklePATT delivers the classic warmth associated with tungsten sources, making it a natural fit for on-camera environments and for creating intentional “practical” visuals on set. The high-reflectivity parabolic aluminium reflector is engineered to maximize output and create a pleasing softlight character from a compact, visually striking housing.

Lamp and Power Compatibility

The fixture uses a High Performance Tungsten Lamp with a G 9,5 special base (with heat sink). Recommended lamp types are HPL 575/240/X (575W, 240V) and HPL 575/120/X (575W, 120V), supporting common regional voltage requirements depending on the lamp selected. Rated lamp life is 1500 hours.

Dimensions and Handling

Built around a 392 mm parabolic aluminium reflector with a high reflectivity coating, the picklePATT measures 520 mm (20.5") high, 531 mm (20.9") wide, and 241 mm (9.5") deep, with a weight of 5.3 kg (11.7 lbs). Its spun parabolic body is designed to stand out visually in rigs where the fixture is meant to be seen as part of the set.
