The NEW AAdynTech JAB Daylight, Kit 2 is a daylight-balanced (5600K) cinema LED fixture package built for broadcast, studio, sports coverage, and film/video production where high output, accurate color, and fast setup matter. The JAB Daylight Cinema LED fixture is coupled with high CRI (92+) performance to create the JAB Daylight Cinema fixture. Whether for Broadcast ENG remote field production, fixed studio installation, live sports  coverage, video shoots or film, the JAB Daylight provides a wealth of practical benefits and features ideally suited  to a wide range of lighting applications. Weighing in at only 19 lbs., its small compact footprint allows for an ease  of transport for on-the-go lighting assignments.

Output and Color Accuracy for Professional Video

With an unmatched output of better than 1,508 foot-candles at 10 ft., the JAB Daylight is designed to deliver strong, usable illumination at working distances common in interview, field, and studio setups. A consistent 5600K color temperature and 92+ CRI across the entire brightness range help maintain natural-looking skin tones and reliable color reproduction, even when dimming.

Efficient Power and Flexible Operation

Combined with a maximum current draw of a mere 1.77 amps at full brightness, the fixture supports savings up to 90% A/C energy usage. Auto range voltage (100/277 VAC, 50/60Hz) makes it practical for travel and mixed power environments. The fixture can be operated on 28.8v DC battery power for instances where conventional A/C supply is problematic or non-existent.

Control, Effects, and Set-Friendly Design

Precise brightness control with no color shift helps you make exposure adjustments without chasing white balance. A single light source eliminates multiple shadows, and the fixture generates no heat (operates cool to the touch), which can improve comfort on close-quarters sets. The built-in UIM Digital Controller provides a douse button (momentary off), a recalibration countdown hour ‘smart’ meter, multiple user memory storage with recall, and programmable lightning and strobe effects.

Beam Shaping and DMX Integration

Included 5 deg, 15 deg, 30 deg, 55 deg lenses to vary beam angle let you move from tighter, longer-throw output to broader coverage without changing fixtures. For coordinated, multi-light environments, the JAB Daylight offers full DMX control with DMX loop-thru and 5-pin XLR DMX In/Out.

Built for Production Environments

Designed to run in demanding conditions, the JAB Daylight supports an operating temperature range of -20c to +50c and is certified UL, ETL, CSA, CE & RoHS compliant. With no head cables, ballast or spare lamps, it streamlines transport and reduces common on-location failure points.
