NEW Chauvet Professional Ovation CYC 1 FC

Ovation CYC 1 FC is an incredibly sleek, discreet, and light weight CYC that delivers a wide, smooth field of light with significant reach for cyclorama washes and low-profile footlight applications. Completely convection cooled, the unit is ideal for applications where silent operation is critical, including theatre, studio, and on-camera environments where fan noise is not acceptable. Ovation Cyc 1 FC features the advanced RGBAL color-mixing system found in our other Full Color Ovation units to render nearly any color with tremendous realism and saturation.

Designed for Quiet Stages, Studios, and On-Camera Work

Built for production environments, Ovation CYC 1 FC supports adjustable PWM to help avoid flicker on camera, and offers theatre-ready 16-bit dimming for smooth fades on the master dimmer and individual color channels. Color workflow is streamlined with a Virtual Color Wheel that includes gel-matched colors and color temperature presets, plus an adjustable CCT range of 2800 to 6500 K for matching practicals and other fixtures.

Wide, Even Coverage with Adjustable Beam Control

The fixture is engineered for a flat, even field with superior color mixing across the throw. Its integrated kick stand and adjustable glare shield let you modify and shape the beam for your cyc, wall, or footlight position, helping control spill and optimize coverage. Beam and field angles are wide for smooth coverage, with 85° (H) / 81° (V) beam angle and 128° (H) / 142° (V) field angle.

Output, Color Quality, and Control

Ovation CYC 1 FC uses 60 LEDs (12 red, 12 green, 12 blue, 12 amber, 12 lime), delivering 8,966 lumens and 200 lux at 5 m, with a CRI of 91 at 3200 K for accurate rendering in common tungsten-balanced environments. Electronic dimming and shutter/strobe are onboard, with strobe rates from 0 to 27 Hz. The fixture also supports RDM (Remote Device Management) for additional flexibility in supported systems.

With a low-profile housing (16.14 x 6.29 x 4.33 in) and a 9 lb weight, Ovation CYC 1 FC is easy to place along the deck, at the base of scenery, or in other space-sensitive locations.
