The SolaPix family of wash fixtures from High End Systems takes the traditional concept of a pixel wash and pushes it to its maximum potential. Whether you are using the fixture to spread color all over a ballroom, tradeshow floor, or concert stage, the bright and punchy output will envelop your production with beautiful saturated color. Additionally, when you need to add interest, the narrow zoom and fully macro- and pixel-controlled face gives you a wide variety of looks and effects to help set the mood and steal the show. 

High-output RGBW pixel wash with tunable white

The NEW High End Systems SolaPix 37 is an additive LED, RGBW color-mixing wash fixture built for clean, saturated color as well as accurate white light. With a variable color temperature range from 2800K to 8000K, it can shift from warm tungsten-style looks to cooler, crisp whites for corporate and broadcast-friendly environments. The fixture uses 37 40 W Osram Ostar LEDs and delivers up to 29,000 max field lumens for strong coverage across stages and large event spaces.

Wide-to-narrow zoom and movement for flexible coverage

A versatile 4.5° to 60° zoom makes it easy to move between tight beams, textured mid-zoom looks, and wide washes without swapping fixtures. For positioning and dynamic focus, the head provides 540° pan and 258° tilt, supporting fast re-aiming and repeatable programming across rigs.

Pixel mapping and effects control for looks that scale

When you want more than a flat wash, the SolaPix 37 supports complete pixel mapping, letting you build chases, eye-candy, and image-style effects across the fixture face. The FleX Effects Engine provides macro control to speed up programming and help create coordinated looks across multiple fixtures.

Control options for modern lighting networks

The SolaPix 37 is designed for modular control workflows, supporting Art-Net and sACN in addition to simultaneous DMX control. This makes it a strong fit for touring and installed systems where you may switch between console-driven DMX and network-based distribution, or run both in the same production environment.

Practical build details

Rated IP-20 for indoor use, the fixture measures 24.2 in x 19.9 in x 10.4 in (614 x 505 x 265 mm) and weighs 52.9 lb (24 kg), a consideration for clamp selection, trim height, and rigging plans.
