NEW ADJ Encore LP12IP

The ADJ Encore LP12IP is a versatile IP65 outdoor rated Par with 12 x 20-Watt (4-IN-1: Red, Green, Blue & Lime) Quad LEDs. Designed for indoor stages and venues as well as temporary outdoor event lighting, its IP65 rating helps protect the fixture from rain, snow and dust, making it a practical choice for outdoor stages, festivals, and architectural accents where weather resistance matters.

With a 10° beam angle, the Encore LP12IP is well-suited for punchy, directional looks, uplighting, and long-throw applications. For broader coverage, the fixture includes a removable 25-degree frost filter to soften and widen the output. Smooth color mixing is available via 64 built-in color macros that use the red, green, blue and lime LEDs, giving you fast access to repeatable looks without building colors from scratch.

The fixture’s Quad LED engine offers flicker free operation for TV and film and linear white color temperature control from 2700K - 7000K, helping you match existing lighting or camera environments. Preset color temperatures are also available (2700K, 3200K, 4000K, 5600K and 6500K) for quick setup when consistency is the priority.

Control and Programming Options

The Encore LP12IP supports both simple stand-alone operation and full console control. It includes 5 operational modes (Static Color Mode, RGBL Dimmer Mode, Program Mode and DMX Controlled) and offers 6 DMX modes (4, 7, 8, 10, 13 and 16-channel) so you can choose a channel footprint that fits your rig, from basic intensity and color to more detailed 16-bit fine control.

Setup is handled via a 4-button DMX menu with digital display on the rear panel. The fixture supports RDM (Remote Device Management) and includes an adjustable refresh rate with 14 presets from 900 to 25,000Hz, which can be useful for on-camera work and for optimizing performance across different environments.

Dimming, Strobe, and On-Camera Performance

For cueing and fades that feel natural in live or recorded scenarios, the Encore LP12IP provides electronic dimming from 0 to 100%, 6 selectable dimming modes (Standard, Stage, TV, Architectural, Theatre and Stage 2), and 4 selectable dimming curves (Linear, Square Inv. Squa, S-Curve). It also includes LED pulse and strobe effects, plus a quiet fan mode for noise-sensitive applications.

IP-Rated Connections and Rigging

Built for real-world production use, the fixture features all metal construction, IP rated rubber covers to protect In/Out Locking Power connectors and IP rated 5-pin sockets, and outdoor Locking Power connectors for secure power connections. The unit is data linkable via 5-pin XLR DMX connections. IP rated power linking and DMX cables are available, but standard 5-pin DMX cables may also be used for indoor applications.

A scissor yoke and safety eye support flexible mounting. The Encore LP12IP is multi-voltage (AC 100-240V, 47/63Hz) and can be daisy chained up to 6 units at 120V or 12 units at 220V. Max power is 192W. Dimensions are 7.9” x 11.8” x 11.1” (199.5 x 300.0 x 281.2mm) and weight is 12.8 lbs. (5.80 kg.). It is cETLus listed (Control #4010765) and rated IP65.

The Encore LP12IP includes a removable 25-degree frost filter. There are several additional frost filter options (sold separately) that customize the beam angle. All filter snap into the front of the fixture.
