The NEW Astera AX5 Triple Par (Pkg of 8) is a compact, weather-ready LED PAR kit built for event production, touring, and install work where fast setup and clean cable runs matter. Optimized for a fast return of investment, this stage lighting fixture replaces your wireless and wired PARs as well as battery uplight. It’s the ultimate tool for entertainment professionals.

Wireless, Wired, and Built for Fast Deployments

With built-in CRMX and support for CRMX and UHF wireless protocols, the AX5 fits into modern DMX workflows while helping reduce time spent running cables. When you need a hard-line connection, it also supports wired DMX (via 5-pin XLR). For power and data pass-through in connected setups, the unit features PowerCON TRUE1 IN/OUT.

High-Output RGBAW Color, Tunable White, and Strobe Control

The RGBAW LED engine delivers vivid color mixing and useful white light for stage, accent, and architectural looks. Output is rated at 1,080 lumens at 3200K and 1,413 lumens at 5500K, with measured illuminance up to 4,800 lux (3200K @ 2m) and 5,151 lux (5500K @ 2m). For broadcast and camera work, CRI/TLCI performance across 3200 to 6500K is rated ≤92. A focused 13° beam angle (26° field angle) helps create defined pools of light, and strobe is adjustable from 0 to 25 Hz.

Battery Operation and Outdoor-Rated Housing

Designed to work where outlets are limited, the AX5 runs up to 20 hours on battery, with a nominal charging time of 5 hours. The aluminum housing is rated IP65 for added confidence in outdoor and event environments, and is specified for 0 to 40 °C (32 to 104 °F) operation.

Size and Handling

Each fixture weighs 3.4 kg (7.5 lbs). Dimensions are 148.1 mm x 193.6 mm x 213.5 mm (with bracket) or Ø 153.2 mm x 140.5 mm (without bracket), making it easy to place on the floor, mount, or position for uplighting and stage wash applications.
