The NEW Astera AX9 PowerPar (Pkg of 8) is a versatile, high-output LED PAR and uplighting kit designed for events, touring, and permanent installs that need reliable color quality, fast setup, and flexible control. Each AX9 uses Astera’s Titan LED Engine with RGBMintAmber for accurate, modern color mixing and strong white tones, whether you are lighting a room with wireless uplights or running a wired PAR system on truss.

The AX9 utilizes the AX5’s successful 3-in-1 concept which allows it to be used as wireless light and elegant uplight as well as a wired PAR light for longer or bigger installations. This makes it an extremely cost-efficient light and keeps your investment to a minimum.

Bright, color-accurate output in a compact fixture

The AX9 packs extreme brightness in a compact and light housing while still giving you industry-leading colors and white tones thanks to its Titan LED Engine. With 105 W total LED power (70 W LED power draw), it delivers up to 3,214 lumens (3200K) and high on-axis intensity (up to 47,078 lux at 1 m at 3200K) for punchy stage looks, architectural accents, and clean key or wash applications. A 13° beam angle and 25° field angle help keep output focused for uplighting columns, highlighting set pieces, and creating defined pools of light.

Color-critical environments are supported with CRI (Ra)/TLCI ≥96 (3200–6500K), making the AX9 a strong choice for camera-friendly event lighting and broadcast-style white tones. Strobe effects are available from 0–25 Hz when you need dynamic hits or timed cues.

Wireless workflow, wired reliability

For quick deployment, the AX9 includes a built-in CRMX receiver and BluetoothBridge (BTB), supporting wireless protocols including CRMX, UHF, Bluetooth, and WiFi. Wireless range is rated up to 300 m / 330 yds for CRMX/UHF (Bluetooth up to 3 m / 3.3 yds), helping reduce cable runs across ballrooms, stages, and outdoor spaces. When you need a traditional hardline setup, the AX9 supports wired DMX via 5-pin XLR and features PowerCON TRUE1 IN/OUT for power distribution.

Built for production environments

Designed for real-world use, the AX9 features an aluminum housing and a IP65 rating for dust and water resistance, supporting indoor and outdoor applications. Battery runtime is rated up to 20 hours, with nominal charging time of 5 hours. The fixture is specified for ambient operating temperatures from 0–40 °C (32–104 °F).
