Optimized for a fast return of investment, the NEW Astera AX5 Triple Par is a compact, IP65-rated LED PAR fixture that replaces your wireless and wired PARs as well as battery uplight. It’s the ultimate tool for entertainment professionals.

Designed for fast setups, indoors or outdoors

With an aluminium housing and IP65 weather protection, the AX5 Triple Par is built for real-world production work, from stage and corporate events to outdoor installs. A built-in battery runtime of up to 20 hours helps reduce cable runs and keeps looks consistent when power access is limited, and it recharges in a nominal 5 hours.

High-output RGBAW color with strong beam control

The 45 W RGBAW LED engine delivers bright, controllable output with 1,080 lumens at 3200K and 1,413 lumens at 5500K. At 2 m, output reaches 4,800 lux (3200K) and 5,151 lux (5500K), paired with a 13° beam angle (26° field) for punchy washes, accents, and clean highlighting on scenery or architectural features. Color fidelity is supported by CRI (Ra)/TLCI up to 92 across 3200 to 6500 K.

Wired and wireless control options

Integrate the AX5 Triple Par into existing lighting workflows via wired DMX (5-pin XLR) or go cable-free with the built-in CRMX receiver and UHF wireless control. Wireless range is rated up to 300 m (330 yds) for CRMX/UHF, and onboard infrared control provides quick local adjustments when needed. Strobe is adjustable from 0 to 25 Hz.

Power and connectivity for professional rigs

For venue and touring convenience, the fixture supports 90 to 264 VAC input and uses PowerCON TRUE1 IN/OUT for secure connections and streamlined power distribution. Operating temperature is rated from 0 to 40 °C (32 to 104 °F).

Compact, production-friendly footprint

Weighing 3.4 kg (7.5 lbs), the AX5 Triple Par stays easy to deploy while remaining robust. Dimensions are 148.1 mm x 193.6 mm x 213.5 mm (with bracket) and Ø 153.2 mm x 140.5 mm (without bracket).
