Maverick Storm 1 Hybrid brings the latest Maverick series IP65 technology together with an advanced optical system designed to optimize output from its Osram 420W 7700K source. Built for concerts, touring rigs, and outdoor productions where weather resistance matters, this Beam/Spot/Wash hybrid delivers stadium-scale output with CMY color mixing that produces bold reds, greens and blues while matching fellow Mavericks in the rig.

Optics and coverage for beam-to-spot versatility

Its linear zoom smoothly delivers precise coverage in both projection modes, from tightly focused beams to crisp even spots. Expect a wide working range that supports both long-throw beam looks and broader texture and aerial coverage, with a zoom range of 0.9° to 23.7° in Beam mode and 1.1° to 36° in Spot mode. A heavy frost shifts the fixture into a distinctive wash, and frost and beam-flattening options help achieve more even distribution when you need it.

Gobos, prisms, and motion effects

This hybrid houses a full arsenal of features for building layered looks: static and rotating gobo wheels, an animation wheel, and two stackable independent prisms. The 5-facet linear and 8-facet round prisms are individually controllable and layerable for multiplying beams, widening aerial presence, or adding movement without changing focus or color. With 9 rotating and 17 static gobos, it is well suited for high-impact texture, breakup, and midair effects.

Control, networking, and on-rig practicality

Maverick Storm 1 Hybrid speaks DMX, ArtNet, sACN, RDM and W-DMX, and offers DMX and RDM protocol control with both simple and complex DMX channel profiles to suit fast setups or detailed programming. Failsafe Ethernet connectivity allows for data to pass even if fixture power is lost, supporting more resilient networked rigs. An easy-to-read OLED display streamlines addressing and configuration, and a USB-C port allows for uploading software.
