Typhon IP Profile 1000 is an IP66-rated, 1000W LED moving head fixture engineered for outdoor use where weather resistance and precision are critical. With 540°/270° pan and tilt capabilities, electronic focus, and a motorized zoom range of 5°-40°, it gives lighting designers the control needed for tight aerial looks, crisp projections, and flexible coverage across stages, rooftops, and exterior architectural installs.

Precision beam shaping and FX control

For clean framing and fast, repeatable cueing, Typhon IP Profile 1000 includes a 4-blade framing shutter system that is rotatable up to 110°, making it easy to square off scenic elements, keep light off sightlines, or shape projections around set pieces. A comprehensive effects toolset supports dynamic programming, including 6 replaceable rotating gobos (+open) and 7 static gobos (+open), a bi-directional 4-facet rotating prism, a frost filter for wash-style looks, and an effect wheel for additional motion and texture options.

Color mixing built for professional looks on camera

With its CMY color mixing system + CTO filter, Typhon IP Profile 1000 delivers a wide range of hues while helping match warmer tungsten looks or balance to camera. Its 6-color (+open) color wheel supports color indexing and variable speed rotation via DMX, enabling rainbow-style color effects when desired. Color temperature correction spans 6000K-2300K, with CRI: ≥95 for more natural skin tones and accurate scenic color rendering.

Movement, focus, and performance details

Pan is 360/540° and tilt is 270° (8-16 bit resolution) for smooth fades and precise positioning. The fixture pairs multi-point focus with its 5°-40° motorized zoom to maintain clarity across short and long throws, and includes a motorized iris with pulse effects for beam size control. Strobe functions range from 1-25Hz, including synchronized and effects modes. The 1000W white LED light source is rated at 20,000 hours.
