NEW Chauvet Professional Ovation Reve F-3 IP

Chauvet Professional Ovation Rêve F-3 IP is an outdoor-rated, motorized LED fresnel built around the full-spectrum (RGBAM) Rêve light engine for soft, controllable washes in theatres, houses of worship, TV and film sets, and rental or production environments. Ready to go anywhere, rain or shine, it combines quiet operation with hands-on control, plus an optical system designed for longer throws, with an extended zoom that can narrow from 60 degrees down to 10 degrees for impressive reach.

Outdoor-ready, production-friendly control

Fully IP65 rated for seasonal indoor or outdoor use, Ovation Rêve F-3 IP is designed for reliable deployment when weather, dust, or venue conditions are a concern. Three on-board control dials provide direct access to multiple parameters when you need fast adjustments at the fixture, and RDM (Remote Device Management) adds flexibility for compatible DMX workflows.

Color quality and camera-safe performance

Dial in consistent white light with linear color temperature presets from 2800 K to 8000 K, supported by CRI 96 and high CQS for natural skin tones and accurate scenery reproduction. A virtual color wheel matches popular gel colors for familiar looks, while +/- green adjustment helps fine-tune the fixture to other sources on stage or on set. For film and broadcast, selectable PWM (750 Hz to 25,000 Hz) is available to help avoid on-camera flicker, and ultra-smooth 16-bit dimming curves and speeds support seamless fades.

Optics built for both tight beams and wide washes

The optical system provides a broad working range, with beam angle from 10.6 degrees to 68.2 degrees and field angle from 18.3 degrees to 90.4 degrees. Output reaches 5232 lm (narrow) and 13,374 lm (wide), with illuminance up to 4869 lux at 5 m (narrow) and 482 lux at 5 m (wide), making it suitable for everything from tighter key light and longer throws to wide, soft coverage.

Rigging and service details

An innovative adjustable yoke supports mounting in low clearance areas, and virtually silent operation keeps the fixture at home in studios, film, and theatre applications. A USB port is provided for software updates. The light source uses 126 LEDs (22 red, 14 green, 16 blue, 6 royal blue, 28 amber, 40 mint) rated at 50,000 hours life expectancy. Fixture dimensions are 16.02 x 13.47 x 20 in (406.9 x 342 x 508 mm), and weight (standard yoke) is 30.4 lb (13.8 kg).
