Chauvet Professional onAir Flex Drive 2 is a 24 VDC constant-voltage LED driver built for TV studios that need clean, repeatable on-camera looks. With an integrated power supply and driver in a one-box modular design, it supports longer 24V tape runs for set pieces and light boxes, while keeping installation and control straightforward.

Broadcast-Ready Dimming and Control

To support camera-critical environments, onAir Flex Drive 2 features adjustable PWM for broadcast compatibility, helping you dial in dimming performance to suit different cameras and frame rates. It provides 8 channels of output for flexibility across tape types and lengths, and its two outputs support RGBW or generic 4-channel control for up to 350W total power. RDM is supported for remote device management in larger DMX systems.

Quiet Studio Operation and Protection

Assisted convection cooling uses a quiet fan, making it well-suited to studio environments where noise matters. Built-in overcurrent and short circuit protection with indicator LEDs helps protect your installation and speeds troubleshooting during setup and strike.

Integration and Mounting for Install Workflows

For permanent and semi-permanent installs, onAir Flex Drive 2 includes DMX 5-pin and Phoenix connector support to fit common studio wiring practices. It also integrates into a scalable rack mount system, fitting two units per 1U space for clean, centralized control.
