NEW Obsidian Netron EP1 XLR sACN Art-Net Node

The NETRON EP1 is a compact Ethernet to DMX gateway with a single RDM compatible port designed for single gang wall mount, truss mount and standalone installations. It is configurable via the integrated 1.3 inch OLED display and encoder, or the internal web remote, making it easy to deploy and adjust on-site without bringing a computer to the rack.

Built for distributing DMX where you need it, the EP1 supports sACN and Art-Net and provides a single 5-pin DMX/RDM port with optical isolation for reliable operation in permanent installs and touring systems. The port is bidirectional for DMX input or output, allowing the same node to fit different signal-flow needs across floor pockets, wall stations, lighting pipes, and trusses.

Power options are flexible for clean installs: run it over PoE (802.3af) or power locally via USB-C (5V, 2A). An internal network switch lets the NETRON EP1 pass incoming network traffic, for example to place an adjacent sACN RJ45 port in a wall outlet, keeping wiring streamlined while maintaining network continuity. Dual locking Gigabit Ethernet ports (including 1x PoE) help prevent accidental disconnects in critical locations.
