The NEW ROBE ROBIN Spikie+ is a compact LED moving head designed for fast, high-impact beam and wash looks in concerts, clubs, and event production. With a 110mm specifically designed front lens, Spikie+ rapid moving zoom produces beams from a tight, sharp 4-degree out to a soft wide 28-degree wash, giving you both aerial punch and stage coverage from one fixture.

Optics and beam effects for aerial impact

Spikie+ creates visual splendour with our Robe patented MCFE (Multi-Coloured Flower Effects), creating sharp multicoloured spikes of light that rotate bi-directionally with variable speed for animated mid-air texture. The unique Beam Effects Engine transforms the output into three piercing rays of narrow beams, and continuous pan and tilt movement adds another layer of dynamism for kinetic cues and sweeping looks. A 3-facet circular rotating prism further expands the range of beam shaping, from tight accents to broader, more complex aerial patterns.

Colour control and white light tuning

Colour management includes CMY or RGBW mixing modes to match your workflow and programming style. Dial in precise whites and camera-friendly colour temperatures using the variable CTO from 2.700K to 8.000K, and access a Virtual Colour Wheel with 66 preset swatches for quick, repeatable colour selection. For warm, tungsten-style cues, Spikie+ supports Tungsten lamp thermal delay and red shift effects, with whites at 2.700K or 3.200K, plus a colour rainbow effect with variable speed for classic movement-lighting looks.

Performance, dimming, and reliability

A 60W RGBW LED light source keeps power draw low while delivering modern LED colour performance, with LED life expectancy rated at a minimum of 50,000 hours (typical lumen maintenance L70/B50 @ 50,000 hours). High resolution electronic dimming provides smooth fades from 0 to 100%, while the electronic shutter supports variable speed strobe (maximum 20 flashes per second) and includes pre-programmed random strobe and pulse effects for rhythmic hits and energetic transitions.

Designed for easy handling in tight rigs and mobile setups, the fixture measures 408 mm (16.1 inches) high with the head in vertical position, 277 mm (10.9 inches) wide, and 147 mm (5.8 inches) deep, and weighs 7.3 kg (16.1 lbs). The unit is rated IP20 for indoor applications.
