The BrightBox Osiris 1.9mm fixed LED tiles are built for close-view applications where image detail and a clean pixel structure matter, including corporate lobbies, conference rooms, broadcast sets, retail feature walls, and houses of worship. With a 1.9 mm pixel pitch and a 256 x 256 pixel resolution per panel, this package is well-suited for building seamless, high-density LED canvases in permanent installs.

Image Performance for On-Camera and Live Content

Each 500 x 500 x 63 mm panel uses Black SMD 1515 LEDs and delivers 800 nit brightness to support vivid content in controlled indoor lighting. A refresh rate of at least 3,840 Hz and 16-bit grayscale help maintain smooth motion and consistent gradations for IMAG, video playback, and camera-facing environments.

Build and Serviceability

The Osiris tiles feature a 2 x 2 module layout with a 1/64 scan mode and a pixel density of 262,166 dots per square meter. For maintenance workflows, the panels are front-serviceable, which can simplify access in tight or wall-mounted installations. The IP30 rating is intended for indoor use.

Control System and Power Details

Control is handled via Novastar, and this package includes a NovaStar VX1000 controller/processor to integrate the wall into common LED processing workflows. Power specifications include max power usage of 200W per panel and input power listed as 600W.
