NEW Chamsys MagicQ Compact Wing

The new ChamSys MagicQ Compact Wing enables MagicQ users to elegantly and efficiently expand their number of available physical playbacks. Styled to pair with MagicQ Compact consoles, this versatile expansion wing is compatible with all current MagicQ Console and PC Systems, making it a practical way to add hands-on control for touring, events, or fixed installations where quick access to cues and looks matters.

Hands-On Playback Control

In the fader section, each playback features Flash, Go and Pause buttons, helping you run cues with dedicated hardware controls instead of relying solely on on-screen operation. The executor playback section includes Select and Flash buttons for each playback for fast triggering and selection during live operation. Both playback sections can independently page through multiple playback pages, so you can keep more show content accessible without reprogramming your layout.

Display, Connectivity, and Power

A large full-colour high-resolution display supports fully electronic playback legending, allowing clear labeling for faster operation and fewer mistakes in busy environments. Scalable system expansion is supported via an integrated USB hub for connecting multiple wings, and the wing connects via USB to your MagicQ setup.

In addition to the USB connections found on the rear panel are a dimmable working light socket and a Neutrik Powercon connector that locks securely into the wing’s built-in power supply. A dimmable dual-colour working light can improve visibility when operating in dark venues or FOH positions.

Compatible Systems and Expansion

The MagicQ Compact Wing is designed to connect to MagicQ Compact and full size consoles, and it can also connect to MagicQ PC or MacOS systems. You can use up to 2 Compact Wings per system, and separate Page Up/Down buttons help you move through playback pages efficiently.
