The Elation DARTZ 360 is a unique, compact, narrow-beam moving luminaire designed for high-impact aerial looks and tight, defined beam effects in stage, event, and production environments. Its patent pending single source 50W RGB LED engine delivers an impressive 3° aperture with smooth color-mixed output, and it can be used in applications requiring no minimum safe project distance as with typical discharge lamp beam fixtures.
Precision Movement and Optics
For dynamic programming and repeatable cues, the DARTZ 360 offers fast and precise 16-bit continuous 360° pan and tilt rotation. A motorized focus keeps the beam crisp across throws, while a 0-100% linear frost filter expands looks into softer wash-style effects when you need broader coverage.
Gobos, Prisms, and Effects
Build layered mid-air textures and rhythmic effects with 14 static-stamped metal gobos, plus a 6-facet linear prism and an 8-facet independent rotating prism. High speed electronic shutter and strobe, electronic dimming, and variable dimming curve modes help tailor the fixture response for live operation or pre-programmed shows.
Control, Networking, and Production-Friendly Operation
Integration is straightforward in modern lighting systems with DMX and RDM (Remote Device Management), plus Kling-Net, Art-NET, and sACN protocol support. Elation’s E-FLY™ internal wireless DMX transceiver provides cable-free options where appropriate, and connectivity includes 5pin XLR, RJ45 etherCON, and powerCON TRUE1 in/out connections. For broadcast and camera work, adjustable LED refresh rate and gamma brightness support flicker free operation for TV and FILM. A full color 180° reversible menu display with multi-button control panel and battery backup for display power supports faster setup and service checks, and the multi-voltage universal auto switching power supply (100-240v) simplifies deployment across venues.
