The Gamma TX-6 LED 300 Beam is a high-output moving head beam fixture built for tight, punchy aerial effects in live events, installs, and production environments. With a 300W white LED engine and a sharp 3º beam angle, it delivers concentrated output for defined beams, mid-air looks, and long-throw applications across stages of nearly any size.

Beam Output and On-Camera Performance

The TX-6 LED 300 Beam pairs high intensity (rated at 160,000 LUX @ 2m and 20,000 LUX @ 7m) with flicker free technology to help maintain clean results on video and during filming. A 0 to 100% 16-bit dimming system supports smooth fades, while variable strobing enables fast, rhythmic hits (rated 1 to 20 times/sec, plus a high-speed strobe effect of 1 to 25 flashes per second).

Color, Gobos, Prism, and Halo Effects

For look building, the LED color wheel includes 7 colors plus white, with smooth mixing and adjustable rotation and speed. You also get two gobo systems for texture and motion, including a static gobo wheel (8 gobos plus white, with wheel rotation and shake) and a rotational gobo wheel (7 interchangeable gobos plus white, with wheel rotation and shake) that can be changed to fit your custom design gobo. A bi-directionally rotatable 16-facet prism at variable speeds expands the beam into wider, more complex aerial patterns, and the fixture also includes a frost effect. To add a distinctive signature look, 16 RGBW Cree LEDs form an LED ring that creates a Halo effect.

Control, Power, and Integration

The TX-6 supports DMX control (DMX 512 via 3-pin interfaces) with 18 or 25 DMX channel modes, plus Auto run, Master/Slave, and Sound operation for flexible deployment. A touch-screen LCD makes on-unit setup faster, and PowerCon input/output and 3-pin DMX in/out help streamline cabling in rigs.

Build, Cooling, and Electrical

Designed for touring and install use, the fixture uses a die-cast aluminum internal housing with high-temperature strength plastic external housing, plus an efficient low fan cooling system. It runs on AC100-240V with 500W max power, is rated IP-20 for indoor use, and the LED source is rated for 20,000 hours. Net weight is 35 lbs (15.7 kgs), and dimensions are 12.9" x 9" x 22" (330 x 230 x 560 mm).
