Description
Chauvet DJ Core 5X1 ILS is a multi-purpose effect light that delivers smoothly saturated color and more natural-looking color temperatures using COB technology and a large reflector design, making it a strong fit for live stages, DJs, and event uplighting. Floor mount it for a clean uplight, or build bigger looks by connecting fixtures together to create custom shapes and high-impact pixel-mapped effects.
Built for chases, blinders, and color washes
Core 5X1 ILS can function as a pixel-mapping effect, chase effect, blinder, or wash light. The 5 quad-color RGB+WW LEDs (35W each) produce bold color mixing with added white warmth for more usable whites and skin-tone-friendly looks, and it supports strobing from 0 to 20 Hz. Output and coverage are well suited to small and mid-size setups, with a 54° beam angle, 75° field angle, and up to 953 lux at 2 m (2,875 lumens).
Tool-free linking for scalable designs
Create runway chase effects, blinder bursts, or wider washes by attaching multiple fixtures together using the built-in, tool-free connecting hardware. You can link up to 6 fixtures vertically, and the robust housing is designed to withstand frequent transport from gig to gig.
Control options and ILS ecosystem compatibility
Core 5X1 ILS offers multiple control options including stand-alone, DMX, ILS, RF, or master/slave. It provides flexible DMX channel modes (4, 8, or 22 channels) and supports both 3-pin and 5-pin XLR connections for easy integration with common lighting rigs. For ILS setups, add a D-Fi™ USB (sold separately) to wirelessly sync Core 5X1 ILS with multiple ILS fixtures of different types.
