Long-Throw Output and Precision Optics

Built to cut through the haze and illuminate the night sky, Arolla Aqua LT guarantees impactful aerial effects and long-throw projections to captivate your audience. The high-efficiency optical system delivers up to 44,000 lm (integrating sphere) with a wide aperture range from 4° to 52°, so you can move from tight, high-impact beams to wide coverage without changing fixtures. A 6500K white LED engine supports consistent color rendering, with CRI up to 70 and a selectable filter for CRI 88+, plus a linear CTO range from 3400K to 6500K for balancing to camera, ambient light, or other fixtures.

Color, Gobos, and Beam-Shaping Effects

Arolla Aqua LT is built as a creative toolbox for looks that read at distance. It features linear CMY color mixing, a 6-color dichroic wheel, a rotating gobo wheel with 7 interchangeable glass gobos, and a static gobo wheel with 8 gobos for layered texture and projection. For beam shaping, you get a four-sided prism, a 16-blade motorized iris for tight control over beam size, and both a soft-edge frost filter and a flood frost effect for quick transitions from defined aerials to softer washes. A precise digital dimmer supports smooth intensity control for cues that need clean fades and consistent output.

Outdoor Reliability and Marine-Grade Protection

Engineered to last in demanding environments, the IP66-rated aluminum body is treated with Marine Shield, Claypaky’s proprietary protection against salt air and sea spray, purpose-built for cruise ships and coastal installations. The Sun Safe Protection System helps reduce sunlight-related heat risk by automatically positioning the fixture away from direct sun, even without a signal. For rig stability, the electronic brake helps prevent unwanted tilt movement, and the fixture includes absolute positioning plus a mechanical pan/tilt lock to support safer transportation and maintenance.

Control, Networking, and System Compatibility

Arolla Aqua LT integrates easily into modern lighting networks with support for DMX, Art-Net, sACN, and CRMX (LumenRadio). Two DMX personalities are available (38 or 41 channels) for flexible programming detail. Connectivity includes locking 5-pin XLR IN/OUT and RJ45 IN/OUT, plus PowerCON TRUE1 IN/OUT for power distribution. A built-in web server supports configuration and monitoring, and the fixture is fully compatible with CloudIO. Movement is fast and precise with 540° pan and 270° tilt, both 16-bit.
