The NEW Spanset 6' (Pkg of 6) synthetic round sling set is designed for rigging and lifting applications where you need high strength with low weight. These polyester round slings are light weight and easy to handle, with a low 3 to 5% stretch value to help keep loads controlled during lifts. Their flexible construction allows for a tight choke around the load, helping improve grip and load stability when choker hitches are required.

Load Protection and Service Life

Synthetic round slings help protect finished or delicate loads by reducing the risk of surface damage compared to more rigid lifting options. Wear points on the sling can be rotated, extending the life of the polyester round slings. Each sling is covered with a double wall polyester jacket to protect the load bearing fiber and includes a red core warning yarn to provide a visible indicator of sling wear.

Capacity and Identification

The durable identification tag on the lifting slings will indicate size and weight capacity, which is based on a straight vertical angle with a 5:1 design factor. Rated capacities are Vertical: 5,300 lbs, Choker: 4,200 lbs, and Basket: 10,600 lbs.
