Package of (2) TMB 50ft Proplex 3-Pin DMX Cable, Assembled, built for reliable DMX data runs in lighting and entertainment systems where cables are deployed, coiled, and redeployed constantly.

Proplex series data cables are built to survive the toughest conditions, yet handle and coil well, again and again and again. They have been exhaustively developed, tested and re-tested.

Built for Real-World DMX Runs

Each cable uses 22 AWG (0.34 mm2) tinned, annealed copper stranded conductors (19 x 34) with a Kevlar strength member to help withstand frequent pulls and setup/strike stress. A black UV-resistant polyurethane jacket (high pressure extrusion) supports demanding indoor and outdoor production environments while maintaining flexibility for repeated coiling.

Shielding and Electrical Performance

To help reduce interference in crowded rigs and cable paths, the construction includes an aluminum/mylar inner shield (100% coverage) and an outer tinned copper braid (85% coverage). Electrical characteristics include 80 Ohm characteristic impedance, 22 pF/ft nominal conductor-to-conductor capacitance (41 pF/ft conductor-to-shield), and 0.32 uH/ft nominal inductance, supporting consistent DMX signal performance over longer runs.
