The NEW Lycian 1290 XLT 2K Xenon Long Throw is a 2000W xenon followspot designed for front-of-house applications. A great advantage is the integrated power supply which offers more freedom and easy handling compared to separate-ballast systems.

Front-of-House Long-Throw Control

Built around a single unit chassis construction for stable optical alignment, the 1290 XLT is engineered for consistent beam performance in FOH followspot positions where repeatable aiming and smooth operation matter. Ball bearing movements on pan and tilt function help deliver controlled, fluid tracking during cues.

Beam Shaping and Color Options

A single lever trombone intensifies the beam as the diameter is reduced, with a quarter turn handle lock on trombone slide to keep settings secure once dialed in. For flexible diffusion and correction, the fixture provides a separate slot for diffuser, UV or correction filter. Color changes are handled by a center mounted 6-color boomerang that uses an industry standard color frame for gels and dichroics.

Operator-Friendly Layout

The followspot is operable from left side or right side of fixture via dual controls and reversible boomerang, making it easier to standardize operation across different booth layouts and operator preferences. Rapid tilt balance adjustment to suit operator helps speed setup and reduce fatigue during long shows.

Integrated Power Supply Convenience

The self contained power supply keeps the system in a single unit chassis, simplifying handling and placement compared to separate-ballast systems while maintaining stable optical alignment.
