NEW Chauvet Professional COLORado 2 Quad Zoom

COLORado 2-Quad Zoom is a solid indoor/outdoor wash light featuring 14 bright quad-colored Osram (RGBW) LEDs and a 14° to 44° zoom for tight beams, wide washes, and quick coverage changes across stages, sets, and architectural accents. Selectable dimming curves facilitate its integration into an existing rig. This excellent LED wash light maintains its IP65 rating with IP rated DMX cables, but standard 5-pin XLR DMX cables work perfectly for indoor use. IP rated power and data connectors allows for easy connections without the need for proprietary cabling.

Color, Output, and Zoom Control

RGBW color mixing is available via DMX or manually, with motorized zoom control via DMX or manually for consistent looks from fixture to fixture. Built-in color temperature presets (3,200 to 10,000 K) help you match tungsten-to-cool white environments, and 16-bit dimming provides smoother fades on individual colors and the master dimmer for camera-friendly transitions.

For brightness reference, output is rated at 8,780 lux at 5 m (14°) and 921 lux at 5 m (44°). The light source uses 14 quad-color RGBW LEDs (15 W, 985 mA) with a 50,000-hour life expectancy, and PWM frequency is 1,200 Hz.

Programming Options for Rigs and Standalone Use

In addition to direct DMX control, COLORado 2-Quad Zoom includes built-in auto and custom programs recalled via DMX and Master/Slave. Color macros (20 total) include speed adjustment, and electronic shutter/strobe supports 0 to 20 Hz for effects and cue accents. Five dim modes and four dimming curves make it easier to match response and feel across mixed fixture types.

Touring-Friendly Build and Connectivity

Designed for flexible mounting, the double-bracketed yoke doubles as a floor stand, and the aluminum die-cast housing supports all-environment operation when used with IP rated power and DMX connections. The fixture offers 3- and 5-pin DMX input/output connections, plus an LED display with password protection for streamlined setup and locked-in settings.
