NEW Arri SkyPanel S30-RP 3200K

The NEW Arri SkyPanel S30-RP 3200K is a compact, portable LED soft light built for fast-moving productions that still need a clean, uniform field and accurate color. As the smaller, more mobile SkyPanel option (half the length of the S60), the S30 is designed for on-the-go applications where size, weight, and quick setup matter.

SkyPanel Family, Consistent Softlight Output

SkyPanel is available in three sizes: the S120, S60 and S30. The S120 is twice as long as the S60, but weighs nearly the same. Its larger light aperture makes a great soft light even better. Retaining the same features and color tunability as its smaller counterparts, the S120 consumes less than 400 watts, yet it is slightly brighter than the S60-C and has an outstanding efficacy of 90 lumens per watt. The S60 is a mid- range model, featuring a light aperture of 645 x 300 mm and accommodating the vast majority of applications. The S30 is a smaller, more portable version; half the length of the S60, it is perfect for on-the-go mobile applications. The S60 and the S30 are available in fully color tunable and remote phosphor versions.

Remote Phosphor Flexibility and Practical Color Options

With the S30-RP platform, you can tailor the fixture to different looks by swapping interchangeable remote phosphor panels (including 2700, 3200, 4300, 5600, 6500, 10,000 K & Chroma Green). This makes it easier to match common ambient sources (tungsten, daylight, mixed practicals) and maintain consistent results across setups without changing the fixture footprint.

High Output, Wide Dimming Range, Efficient Power

Unlike other tunable fixtures, SkyPanel makes no sacrifice when it comes to light output. SkyPanel puts out a tremendous amount of light, in a soft and uniform beam field. Brighter than a 1 kW tungsten soft light or a 3 kW tungsten space light, the SkyPanel S30 has more than enough light for most applications. At the same time, the lamphead is able to perform beautifully at lower light levels. This range of illumination and color gives users an unprecedented amount of control.

Designed for efficient operation, the S30-RP features low power consumption (200 W nominal) and is fully dimmable from 0 to 100%, making it well-suited for interview keys, soft fills, tabletop work, and controlled studio environments where smooth level changes are essential.

Control, Connectivity, and Rigging Friendly Design

The fixture is lightweight and compact with a thin profile, and supports multiple control workflows, from onboard adjustments to networked and DMX-based setups. On-board and connectivity options include an onboard simple control panel, DMX in and out with RDM implementation, an EtherCon port for network connectivity, and a USB-A connection for firmware updates. Fan mode selection helps you balance cooling and noise considerations for different shooting environments.

For power flexibility on location, the S30-RP supports on-board battery connection (23 to 36V DC) and uses an external lightweight PSU. Power is provided via a powerCON TRUE1 power connector. The unit is available in Blue/Silver and Black, and a wide range of accessories is available to shape and control the soft beam.
