The ROBE pixelPATT is a super-slim, lightweight RGBW LED fixture built around 7x 30W RGBW LED multi-chips, one in the centre surrounded by a ring of six. It keeps the dimensions and attractive curvature of the PATT 2013 and the picklePATT, making it a standout on camera and on stage as both a practical light source and a visible design element.

Designed for pixel looks, broadcast-ready color, and clean aesthetics

Each of the seven RGBW pixels can be controlled individually for chases, waves, pulses, and other pre-programmed pixel effects, with variable speed and direction. This makes the pixelPATT a strong choice for television broadcasts, concerts, fashion shows, awards, and brand activations where dynamic color and camera-friendly output matter.

Optics and color tools for smooth, even output

The light engine is paired with 7x 200mm parabolic aluminium reflectors featuring a special gold-brown coating, plus half-ball diffuser domes that distribute light evenly from each RGBW source. For day-to-day workflows, you can work in RGBW or CMY color mixing modes, dial in variable CTO from 2,700K to 8,000K, and access a Virtual Colour Wheel with 66 preset LEE swatches for quick, repeatable color matching.

Control, networking, and integration

pixelPATT supports USITT DMX-512 and RDM, plus network control via ArtNet, Kling-Net, and sACN. It offers six DMX protocol modes with channel options of 13, 32, 40, 47, 53, or 60, and provides 8 or 16-bit control (internal 18-bit) for both color and dimming for smooth fades. An external PATT Driver is used for power and data (not included), connected to the fixture via an industry-standard colour scroller cable with 4-pin XLR connectors. Wireless CRMX from LumenRadio is available on request.

Dimming, strobe, and fixture details

High-resolution electronic dimming runs from 0 to 100%, with an electronic shutter offering variable speed strobe up to 20 flashes per second, plus random strobe and pulse effects. LED life expectancy is minimum 20,000 hours with typical lumen maintenance of 70% at 20,000 hours.
