NEW AAdynTech JAB Daylight Cinema, Kit 2

The NEW AAdynTech JAB Daylight Cinema, Kit 2 is a compact, high-output 5600K daylight LED fixture kit built for broadcast ENG field production, fixed studio installation, live sports coverage, video shoots, and film work. It pairs high color fidelity with practical on-location usability, delivering 92+ CRI performance and a single-source beam that helps reduce the multiple-shadow look common with multi-emitter fixtures.

Daylight Output with Efficient Power Draw

The JAB Daylight Cinema LED fixture is coupled with high CRI (92+) performance to create the JAB Daylight Cinema fixture. Weighing in at only 19 lbs., its small compact footprint allows for an ease  of transport for on-the-go lighting assignments. An unmatched output of better than 1,508 foot-candles at 10 ft. combined with a maximum current draw of a mere 1.77 amps at full brightness means savings up to 90% A/C energy usage. The fixture can be operated on 28.8v DC battery power for instances where conventional A/C supply is problematic or non-existent.

Beam Control and On-Set Flexibility

Included diffuser lenses (5, 15, 30, and 55 degree) let you adapt the beam for tight, punchy throws or broader coverage, depending on whether you are keying talent, lighting interviews, or filling larger areas. The included 1/4 CTO and 1/4 Minus Green filters provide quick, practical correction when matching warmer sources or dialing in cleaner color on mixed-light sets.

Control, Connectivity, and Reliability

For repeatable lighting setups, the built-in UIM digital controller provides precise brightness control with no color shift, plus user memory storage with recall. The fixture supports full DMX control with loop-thru via 5-pin XLR DMX in/out, and includes programmable multiple lightning and strobe effects. Additional operational features include a douse button (momentary off) and a recalibration countdown hour ‘smart’ meter. It is designed for demanding environments with an operating temperature range of -20c to +50c, and is Certified UL, ETL, CSA, CE & RoHS compliant.

Streamlined LED Design

With no head cables, ballast, or spare lamps, the system is simple to deploy and maintain. It runs cool to the touch with no heat generation, helping keep talent comfortable and reducing heat-related concerns on set. Auto range voltage supports 100/277 VAC at 50/60Hz.
