The Chroma-Q Color Force II 72 is a high-output LED batten built for cyclorama, flood, and wall-washing applications where a powerful throw and smooth coverage matter. It delivers formidable output and superior colour blending, all with smooth even coverage. With four powerful homogenised cells per foot/305mm, these units can be grouped and controlled to release your creativity.

Unsightly colour shadowing is eliminated with this innovative optical system that gives power enough to light nearly 12m of cyclorama. The fully homogenised optics and asymmetrical direct illumination are designed to keep the field even across the surface, helping you maintain consistent colour and brightness from end to end.

Designed for Cyc and Wall Washing

With an approximately 22° beam angle and an asymmetrical distribution tailored for direct illumination, the Color Force II 72 is well-suited to lighting tall drops, cyc cloth, and architectural walls from a typical groundrow or low-position mount. The batten format also makes it easy to build longer runs for wider stages while keeping colour mixing consistent between fixtures.

Flexible Color and Control for Production Workflows

Choose the control approach that fits your console and programming style, including RGBA, RGB, and HSI control modes, plus multiple grouping options (x1 through x24) for balancing precision with DMX efficiency. A theatrical dimming curve supports smooth fades for stage use, and the variable effects engine adds strobe looks (including random and top strobe) when you need movement or impact without external processing.

Output, Color Quality, and Tunable White

The fixture provides a combined hot lumen output of 18,600 from 24 LED engines, with a performance-enhanced color gamut. For white light tasks and camera-friendly applications, it supports a tunable CCT range of 1,000K to 10,000K with a specified CRI of 92, letting you match other sources or shift the mood of a scene without swapping fixtures.

Tour-Ready Build and Standard Connectivity

Built on an anodized aluminium extrusion with an IP20 rating for indoor use, the Color Force II 72 is cooled via a forced system and rated for operation from 0°C to 40°C. Power is handled via Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 in/out, and data via Neutrik 5-pin XLR in/out using ANSI E1.11 USITT DMX 512-A. It is available in 1.8m / 6 ft, 1.2m / 4 ft, 0.3m / 1 ft versions, these fixtures are specifically designed to fit in flight cases used with the original Color Force.
