NEW Chauvet DJ Data Stream 8

Chauvet DJ Data Stream 8 is a flexible DMX splitter designed to distribute and boost incoming DMX signals from dual inputs into 8 separate outputs via a master 3-position switch. Each input can be used simultaneously and sent to any output, making it easy to feed multiple lighting runs, truss sections, or zones from a single control source while maintaining a strong, reliable signal.

Routing Control for A/B DMX Inputs

Use the master 3-position switch to quickly send the A or B input to all 8 outputs, or choose routing per output with individual 2-position switches that send data from either the A or B input separately. This setup supports flexible workflows, such as keeping two DMX sources connected and selecting which one feeds each run as needed.

Optical Isolation for System Protection

Each of the outputs is optically isolated from the others, providing protection in the event of a short. This design helps prevent a fault on one output line from disrupting the rest of your DMX distribution.

Rack and Truss Ready Installation

Built for professional rigs, Data Stream 8 uses 3-pin XLR DMX connectors and fits standard 1U rackmount spaces. A threaded insert allows the unit to be safely secured to overhead trussing for clean, secure placement on touring and permanent installs.
