Martin MAC Encore Performance WRM is a feature-packed LED moving head profile fixture built for stage, theatre, broadcast, and event lighting where accurate color and consistent output matter. It integrates cutting-edge LED technology with a proprietary and innovative light engine carefully engineered to generate pristine, full spectrum light with ultra-high color rendition. The fixture’s warm 3000 K tungsten emulation is designed to closely match the look and response of incandescent sources, while still delivering the flexibility and repeatability expected in modern LED rigs.

Color quality and on-camera performance

Its advanced color mixing system delivers the full palette from smooth and subtle pastels to rich and vibrant saturated colors, with vibrant CMY color mixing and a variable CTB control that shifts from tungsten to daylight while staying true to the black body curve. For fast, repeatable looks, the color wheel provides six interchangeable dichroic filters plus open. A flat field helps keep the beam even, without color temperature variation during zoom and dimming. Flicker-free operation (with an LED driver frequency suitable for camera applications) supports clean results for filming and live IMAG.

Shaping, projection, and effects

For precision beam control, MAC Encore Performance WRM includes four framing shutter blades with individual +/- 30° adjustment and an entire framing system rotation of +/- 55°, supporting consistent cue repeats. A precise, fast 1:4 zoom with auto-linked focus makes it practical to move between tight and wide looks without constant refocusing. Five rotating glass gobos sit with next to zero focal separation from the framing system for crisp, integrated pattern projection. The fixture also includes an animation wheel with continuous multi-directional rotation and indexing, plus the Animotion FX System for internal dimming effect macros that create 3D mid-air and projection effects. A tight iris with adjustable dynamic effects and a soft frost option help you quickly transition between sharp texture and a smoother, softened edge that keeps gobo artwork and framed images visible.

Quiet operation and reliable movement

Designed for noise-sensitive environments, the unit offers ultra-low noise performance with convection and forced-air cooling and user-selectable output versus sound level control. Dimming and shutter are fully electronic, with multiple dimming curves and tungsten red-shift emulation for natural fades. Pan and tilt are super precise and quiet, using 3-phase stepper motor technology and absolute position monitoring for accurate repositioning and repeatability.
