The NEW Motion Labs Portable Power Distro is a modular, road-ready power distribution system built for live event power support and fixed installation applications where you need reliable, organized breakouts from a high-capacity 3-phase feed. Designed for real-world production workflows, it provides multiple standard outlet types for backline, audio, lighting, video, and general utility loads while keeping power routing contained in a rugged rack-and-case format.

Built for Production and Installation Use

The rugged design of Motion Labs modular portable power distribution systems set the standard in live event support as well as in fixed installation applications. Motion Laboratories portable electrical distribution systems and chain hoist controls are specified for many new entertainment and sporting facilities around the globe. 

Power Format and Connectivity

This distro is ETL Listed and configured for 100 Amp 3 Phase 120/208Y, a common venue and touring power format that supports balanced distribution across phases. It features Camlock In/Thru RGN (bussed for 400A) for convenient pass-through capability in larger distribution chains and clean integration into existing camlock-based power infrastructure.

Outlet Options for Mixed Loads

For downstream devices, it provides a practical mix of outputs, including 12 duplex Edisons for standard 120V plugs and 3 x 30A 125/250V (NEMA L14-30) for equipment requiring higher-capacity, locking connections. This combination helps reduce adapters and simplifies power planning on show site or in a rack room.

Rack-and-Case Configuration

The unit is installed in a 9RU-2 sided NEMA 1 steel liner as shown, with a 9-2 31-inch deep shock mounted road case, helping protect internal components during transport and keeping the distro deployment-ready for touring, rentals, and mobile production.
