Cineo Lighting has developed the NEW Cineo Matchstix 12", a small, simple, color-accurate Remote Phosphor light source designed for image capture. Built for film, video, and still photography, it combines versatile mounting, consistent color quality, and a compact form factor that fits easily into tight sets, practicals, or travel kits.

Compact Remote Phosphor Light for Camera-Ready Color

Only 1.2” (35mm) wide by 12.5” (317.5mm) length, the Matchstix is surprisingly bright for its size. With interchangeable Remote Phosphor panels available in all Cineo color temperatures, their color quality perfectly matches all other Cineo Remote Phosphor soft lights, making it easy to mix fixtures in the same scene without chasing color mismatches. Choose from 2700K, 3200K, 4300K, or 5600K CCT, and take advantage of a wide 160° light spread for smooth, usable coverage in close quarters.

Power, Control, and Silent Operation

The Matchstix operates from any DC power source from 11.5 to 16 VDC, including many battery options utilizing the standard co-ax DC power connector, a practical choice for mobile rigs, car interiors, and quick location moves. It is completely flicker-free and completely silent, supporting clean high-speed capture and audio-sensitive environments. Local and DMX dimming options provide 0-100% control with no color-shift, helping you fine-tune exposure without changing the look of the light.

Mounting Flexibility for Small Spaces

The back side of the Matchstix includes a standard cold-shoe slot for limitless mounting options virtually anywhere, from camera cages and top handles to small clamps and boom-mounted accessories. Its small and lightweight build (15 oz, 425kg) keeps setups fast and unobtrusive, even when mounting space is limited.
