NEW ROBE ROBIN LEDWash 300X

The NEW ROBE ROBIN LEDWash 300X is a compact LED wash moving head built for small-to-medium stages, venues, and events where space, weight, and access are limited. It uses a new generation of 19 x 15W RGBW multichip LEDs (30% brighter) paired with Robe‘s patented motorized linear zoom (8° to 63°) to cover everything from tight beams to wide, even washes while maintaining superior homogenization of the light source.

Optics and color performance

Specialized component optics composed of highly efficient elements ensures completely smooth colour mixing and it emphasizes a dynamic array of true colours and hues. RGBW colour mixing is supported along with a Virtual Colour Wheel with 237 colours, including calibrated white options (2.700K, 3.200K, 4.200K, 5.600K and 8.000K) for matching cameras, house lighting, or other fixtures. For warm looks, the tungsten lamp effect at 2.700K and 3.200K adds red shift and thermal delay for a more natural fade.

Effects and precise dimming control

Three individually controllable LED rings add creative layering and pixel-style looks, while built-in colour rainbow effects and pre-programmed random strobe and pulse effects help you quickly create movement in the wash without external programming. High resolution electronic dimming (0 to 100%) keeps fades smooth, and the electronic strobe offers variable speed up to 20 Hz.

Rigging-friendly movement and control integration

With 16-bit pan and tilt resolution, 450° pan movement, 300° tilt movement, and automatic Pan/Tilt position correction, the LEDWash 300X is designed for repeatable focus positions and stable cues. It supports USITT DMX-512 and RDM, plus network control via ArtNet, MA Net, and MA Net2, with five DMX protocol modes and control channel options (37, 21, 15, 10, 37) to suit different consoles and programming preferences. Setting and addressing is handled through the ROBE Navigation System 2 (RNS2) with a QVGA Robe touch screen, battery backup, gravitation sensor for auto screen positioning, operation memory service log with RTC, stand-alone operation with three editable programs (each up to 100 steps), and a built-in analyzer for easier fault finding. Wireless CRMX technology from Lumen Radio is available on request.

Output, efficiency, and practical build details

The fixture produces 4.479 lm total lumen output and delivers 4.895 lx at 5 m, with a typical lumen maintenance of 70% at 60,000 hours and a minimum LED life expectancy of 60,000 hours. A PowerCON True1 chassis connector on the back of the base helps ensure a secure power connection, and the powerCON TRUE1 connector can be connected or disconnected under load or live. The compact housing measures 390 mm (15 in) high, 295 mm (12 in) wide, and 203 mm (8 in) deep, and weighs 8.2 kg (18.1 lbs).
