The Lycian Super Arc 400 Model 1266 is the accepted standard mid-range, high intensity follow spotlight. Built for standard throw applications, the 1266 produces a powerful, tight head spot at 150', making it a practical choice for theatres, auditoriums, houses of worship, and touring productions that need strong pickup and clean beam definition at distance.
Optics and Beam Control
The Super Arc 400 features a large flood-to-spot ratio and a single lever continuous lens system, allowing fast transitions from wide coverage to a tighter, more focused beam during cues. Horizontal trim shutters help shape the beam and control spill on scenic elements, while the nichrome iris provides precise control over beam size for consistent talent tracking.
