NEW PROLIGHTS EclNanoPanel TWC

The NEW PROLIGHTS EclNanoPanel TWC is a compact, battery-operated soft light in the EclPanel range, delivering a surprisingly powerful 1,800-lumen output in a small footprint. Designed for fast-moving film, broadcast, and content workflows, it pairs portable operation with refined color control for interviews, tabletop, accent lighting, and tight spaces where larger panels are impractical.

This compact fixture has the same colour technology as the other soft lights, producing rich colours, high-quality white tones, colour gel matching, and onboard pixel cinema effects.

Flexible Color Control and Onboard Effects

The EclNanoPanel TWC has three precision encoders with multiple stand-alone control modes: CCT with +/- green shift, CCT presets, HSI for total control of hue, saturation and intensity, RAW RGBW mode, XY and FX mode, allowing to scroll through the built-in cinema effects engine.

Each of the four sections has individual or simultaneous control, allowing to play customizable, cinematic effects through its FX engine or from a console. This 4-zone design is especially useful for practical-style effects, animated color chases, and subtle texture without adding additional fixtures.

Light Quality, Output, and Optics

Built around a 30W RGB + Warm White source (RGBWW), the EclNanoPanel TWC delivers 1,829 lm at 3,200 K (with LD filter) and 690 lx at 1 m. A wide 105° beam angle (159° field angle) supports soft, close placement and even coverage, while the magnetic light density diffusion panel is interchangeable for quick on-set tailoring.

For critical color reproduction, it offers high measured performance across multiple metrics, including CRI up to 94.9, R9 up to 97.1, TLCI 92 (at 5,600 K), and TM-30 reporting (Rf and Rg). The CCT control range spans 2,200K to 15,000K with +/- green correction and tungsten emulation, plus white presets from 2,800 K to 10,000K, gel matching, source emulation, color macros, CTO on colours, and a linear crossfade channel from any white to any colour.

Control, Wireless DMX, and System Integration

For integrated lighting control, the fixture supports DMX512 and RDM, plus built-in wireless via CRMX+W-DMX. The included wireless control uses LumenRadio Timo Fx DMX/RDM, compatible with both CRMX (Lumen Radio) and W-DMX (Wireless DMX). Master/Slave operation is available for synchronized multi-unit setups, and 16-bit dimming and color control help maintain smooth fades and consistent cues.

Power, Battery Operation, and Mounting

With a maximum power consumption of 32 W and DC 12V operation, the EclNanoPanel TWC is optimized for mobile use. An 11.1V lithium battery offers selectable estimated runtimes of 2 h, 6 h, 8 h, 12 h, or 18 h, with battery status shown on the display. Recharging is via USB-C (2.5 h max), and the low-voltage DC connector is USB-C, with USB-C to XLR adaptors supported.

Passive, fan-free cooling keeps operation quiet for sound-sensitive environments. The sturdy black polycarbonate body is rated IP20 and designed for easy rigging using M5 and 1/4-inch threaded inserts. Compact dimensions (150 x 150 x 69.5 mm) and a 1.2 kg weight make it easy to pack, mount, and reposition.

Flicker-Free Performance and Dimming Tools

To support high-speed shooting and camera-critical work, LED control is flicker free with adjustable PWM from 600 to 36,000 Hz. The electronic dimmer provides linear 0 to 100% control with four selectable dimming curves, plus a 1 to 30 Hz electronic strobe/shutter for effects and timing.
