NEW Mega-Lite Framebot 600

The NEW Mega-Lite Framebot 600 is a full-featured automated luminaire built for theatrical and production lighting, combining a powerful LED engine with precise beam shaping and effects in a medium-sized housing. It uses a 580W 7000K LED to deliver over 20,500 lumens (@ approximately 45ft), making it well-suited for stages, venues, and rental inventories that need high output with controlled optics.

Color, motion, and look-building

Featuring CMYK color mixing, the unit produces a broad range of pastel shades to rich saturated hues, helpful for dialing in accurate tints on scenery, cyc, and key light. The Colormation™ combines the effect of an animation wheel with vibrant colors that can be used to create an abstract motion effect, ideal for adding movement to mid-air looks or textured backgrounds without changing fixtures.

Precision framing and optical control

With an advanced 4-blade framing system that features a 2pt pivot per blade and 180º framing rotation, the Framebot 600 supports clean shaping for architectural elements, scenic masking, and tightly controlled specials. The impressive 6.5º-42º zoom range, 540º pan and 260º tilt, enhance versatility and efficiency, from narrow beams for longer throws to wider coverage for washes and templates. An adjustable soft filter helps smooth edges when a less defined beam is preferred.

Gobos and prism effects

The rotating 4-facet prism can be used to intensify the 6 removable rotating gobos and 7 static gobos, giving you flexible breakup and aerial options for cues that need more visual complexity.

Rigging-friendly build and quieter operation

This fully-loaded fixture is remarkably light for its’ class weighing only 56 lbs, making it easier to transport, rig, and service. Designed to be used in diverse settings, it features intelligent cooling with 3 fan noise settings that can be set from quite (52 dB) to performance (56 dB), so you can prioritize lower noise for theatre or maximum cooling for demanding show conditions.

Control and connectivity

For integration into lighting systems, it supports DMX 512 and RDM with a 39-channel mode, and provides both 3-pin and 5-pin XLR in/out panel-mounted connections. Power is handled via Powercon type panel input, with an electronic auto-switching 100V-240V 50/60Hz power supply.
