The LiteGear LiteMat 3 Hybrid Kit is a lightweight LED lighting fixture system designed for cinema, television, and HD video. By providing evenly spaced, color-correct LEDs spread out over a large area, LiteMat creates soft light without requiring diffusion. The “soft-through-pixelization” method allows the unit to achieve bright light levels while remaining 0.9 in. (23 mm) thick in size and 4.7 lb (2.1 kg) in weight.

With a broad emitting surface measuring 30.5" x 21" and 864 LEDs, the LiteMat 3 is designed to deliver an even, wraparound quality of light that works well for interviews, key or fill, beauty, and tight locations where traditional softboxes or larger fixtures are impractical. Its slim profile helps it fit close to walls, ceilings, and inside vehicles while maintaining a soft source.

Bi-Color Flexibility for Mixed Lighting

The LiteMat 3 supports variable CCT from 3200 to 6000K, making it easier to match common tungsten and daylight environments or to balance mixed practicals on location. High color rendition ratings, including CRI 95 and TLCI (2012) 92, help maintain natural-looking skin tones and consistent color capture for modern cameras.
