NEW ADJ Encore LB15IP

The NEW ADJ Encore LB15IP is an IP65-rated, professional LED batten designed for stage, event, and architectural wash applications where you need bright, controllable color and reliable outdoor-ready sealing. Part of ADJ’s Lime LED Series, it uses high-output 4-in-1 color-mixing LEDs with individually controllable red, green, blue, and lime elements. Each LED is rated at 20-Watts and offers a wide variety of color options achieved through mixing the four primary colors at varying levels of intensity. These include white light with a variable color temperature of 2700K to 7000K, which can be easily selected using either linear control or one of six preset macros. Inclusion of the Lime LED element boosts both CRI and perceived brightness as well as filling in gaps in the color spectrum.

Color Accuracy, Tunable White, and Pixel Control

With 16-bit fine control over the four primary LED elements, the Encore LB15IP supports smooth fades and precise color matching for camera, theatre, and live production workflows. The fixture delivers a CRI of 89.3 (R9: 69) and output up to 5982 lumens, with a focused 11° beam angle (25° with the included diffusion filter attached) for punchy linear looks, grazing, or tight scenic accents. The LB15IP features 15 LEDs, with an equally spaced linear arrangement, which can each be controlled independently to allow for the creation of pixel-mapped effects. For fast setup, 64 built-in color macros and preset color temperatures (2700K, 3200K, 4000K, 5600K, 6500K, and 7000K) make it easy to land on common looks without manual mixing.

Control Options for Modern Lighting Systems

In addition to onboard access via a 4-button DMX digital display, the fixture supports five operational modes (Static Color, RGBL Dimmer, Program, Sound Active, and DMX Controlled) and offers 10 DMX modes (4, 7, 8, 13, 16, 60, 63, 69, 72, and 120 channel) to scale from simple dimming to full pixel control. It also supports RDM (Remote Device Management) for compatible consoles and infrastructure, includes wired digital communication networking, and features built-in WiFLY EXR wireless DMX (2500 ft. / 700 m line of sight) for cleaner rigging where cabling is limited.

Built for Temporary Outdoor Use and Touring Rigs

With a robust metal construction, the LB15IP is designed for use in professional entertainment lighting environments. It has an IP65 rating, which means that it is sealed to prevent the ingress of liquid, snow, dust, and sand. This makes it suitable for temporary outdoor use as well as for indoor applications where the fixture may be subject to liquid spillage or come into contact with excessive dust or dirt. Rubber covers protect the locking power in/out connectors and the IP-rated 5-pin sockets, and the locking power input and output sockets allow multiple fixtures to be connected to a single power outlet.

Rigging Flexibility and Flicker-Free Performance

It is supplied with two variably-angled brackets, one on each side, that can be used to stand the fixture directly on the floor or (with the attachment of the included Omega brackets) hang it from a truss or lighting rail. The unit is also supplied with a detachable glare shield. For broadcast and high-speed camera environments, the LB15IP provides flicker-free operation with an adjustable refresh rate (14 presets from 900 to 25,000 Hz). Multiple dimming modes and dim curves help tailor the response to the venue or application, and adjustable fan modes let you balance cooling and noise. Power is multi-voltage (AC 100-240V, 47/63Hz), with a max power draw of 198W and daisy-chain capability of 5 units at 120V or 10 units at 220V.
