The NEW Elektralite Stingray Profile 300W (CW or WW) is an LED ellipsoidal light engine with shutter barrel built for clean, high-output white light in theatres, worship spaces, classrooms, studios, galleries, and live event environments. Choose Warm White (3,200K) for a tungsten-like stage look or Cool White (5,600K) for balanced video-friendly white light, both with a 95 CRI for accurate skin tones and natural-looking scenery.
Light Engine and Dimming Control
At the heart of the Stingray Profile is a newly designed 300 watt COB LED. The Stingray Profile features 100% no step dimming with no pop or bump at the beginning or end of the dimming curve, helping fades look smooth on stage and on camera. A simple onboard control interface supports either DMX operation or console-free static control for quick setups.
Optics, Shutters, and Beam Control
The Stingray Profile’s sophisticated, proprietary diffraction lensing system provides a packed punch of light in a variety of beam spreads. Use interchangeable lens tubes to match throw distance and coverage, with 5°, 10°, 19°, 26°, 36°, or 50° options available (not included, see accessories). It also fits existing lens tubes from other manufacturers. Four independent shutter blades provide crisp, in-focus cuts, and a quick 360° rotating barrel makes it easy to align shutters precisely to doors, scenic edges, and masking.
The built-in accessory clip allows color frame to be used for diffusion and color media. A double slot gel frame holder with safety clip supports stacking diffusion and color or adding additional media as needed.
Connectivity and Rigging
The Stingray Profile has 5-pin XLR DMX connectors (both in and thru) for clean signal runs, plus Powercon in and out connectors for fast, reliable power linking between fixtures. The housing is designed to stay cool to the touch and includes a rear handle, pattern holder slot, and a single yoke with safety eye bolt for straightforward hanging and focusing. Releasing the barrel allows the lens and shutters to be easily cleaned for consistent output and sharp cuts over time.
