NEW Chauvet Professional Ovation Reve F-3

Chauvet Professional Ovation Rêve F-3 is a motorized fresnel incorporating our full spectrum (RGBAM) Rêve light engine. A welcome solution for applications and markets in need of soft, controllable washes, Rêve F-3 features virtually silent operation, easy on-board control dials, and an innovative adjustable yoke that allows it to be mounted in low clearance areas. Featuring an optical system designed to answer the call for longer throws with an extended zoom range that can narrow from 60 degrees all the way down to 10 degrees in order to achieve impressive reach. A versatile lighting instrument at home in theaters, houses of worship, on TV and Film sets, as well as the rental and production world. Flawlessly smooth dimming, +/- green adjustment, linear CCT and adjustable Pulse Width Modulation ensure performance that looks as good on camera as it does live.

Designed for quiet, precise wash lighting

Built for theatre, film, and production environments where noise and control matter, Ovation Rêve F-3 delivers a soft fresnel field with virtually silent operation and ultra-smooth 16-bit dimming (with selectable curves and speeds). For fast, hands-on adjustments on set or in a booth, the fixture adds on-board control for multiple parameters via three control dials.

Full-spectrum color and camera-ready tuning

The RGBAM light engine supports linear color temperature presets from 2800 K to 8000 K with high CRI and CQS, helping you match practicals, daylight, or existing stage looks without fighting inconsistent color. A virtual color wheel provides gel-matched colors for familiar workflow, while +/- green adjustment and emulated red-shift (via DMX or on-board control) help fine-tune skin tones and reduce tint mismatch on camera. Adjustable PWM settings (600 Hz to 25,000 Hz) are available to avoid flicker in video applications.

Optics and output for longer throws

The extended zoom range supports beam angles from 10.9° to 66.5° (field angle 19.3° to 88.5°), giving you the flexibility to go from tighter reach to wider coverage without changing fixtures. Output is rated at 6,179 lm (narrow) and 14,302 lm (wide), with illuminance up to 5,375 lux at 5 m (narrow). The front lens diameter is 210.8 mm.

Integration and maintenance

RDM (Remote Device Management) adds flexibility for supported control systems, and a USB port supports software updates. The light source is 126 LEDs (22 red, 14 green, 16 blue, 6 royal blue, 28 amber, 40 mint) rated 5.8 to 8 W, 1.82 A, with 50,000 hours life expectancy.
