The Chauvet DJ Cumulus HP creates thick clouds that hug the floor for a dramatic low fog effect, without the need for dry ice. Its onboard ultrasonic atomizer converts distilled water into a thin mist, helping you achieve a ground-hugging look that works especially well for first dances, stage reveals, haunted attractions, and theatrical entrances.

Low Fog Output Without Dry Ice

Cumulus HP is built for reliable, repeatable low-lying fog cues. Continuous operation supports fog on demand, and the 2-minute heat-up time keeps turnaround quick between effects. With up to 15,000 cfm output, it can fill larger areas efficiently while keeping the effect concentrated near the floor when used as intended.

Control Options for DJs, Production, and DMX Rigs

Run it stand-alone from the built-in digital display, trigger it from the included wireless remote, or integrate it into lighting and show control with 2-channel DMX via 3-pin XLR. This flexibility makes it easy to use as a simple, one-person effect or as part of a synchronized, cue-based production.

Tour-Friendly Design and Practical Capacities

The rugged, lightweight plastic housing doubles as a transport case, making load-in and pack-down easier for mobile setups. It features a 2-gallon (7.5 L) water capacity and a 0.5-gallon (2 L) fog capacity, with consumption rated at 87 ml/min (water) and 11 ml/min (fog) to help you plan runtime and refills for events. The included hose system supports flexible placement with a 4.8 in (123 mm) diameter hose adjustable from 14 to 126 in (35 to 320 cm).
