Description
COLORado Solo Batten is a powerful one-of-a-kind batten that projects a single homogenized wash with smooth color-mixing, giving it the appearance of a bright single bar of light without round “eyes” or pixels. It complements the COLORado Solo pars perfectly. This very versatile fixture is also engineered with 12 square sections that can be controlled individually, appear seamlessly together without separation and create an endless variety of color control and pixel mapping effects. The unit is IP65 rated and equipped with DMX and RDM protocols.
Homogenized batten output for clean on-camera and scenic washes
Designed to look like one continuous line of light, COLORado Solo Batten avoids visible LED separation and dimmed lens corners, making it a strong fit for television, theatre, houses of worship, and live events where smooth, even coverage matters. Its RGBAW LED engine supports nuanced color mixing and whites, along with color temperature presets from 1800 to 8000 K for warm tungsten-style looks through cooler daylight tones.
Pixel mapping control without visible segmentation
For effects-driven programming, the batten’s 12 individually controllable square sections let you build chases, gradients, and mapped content while maintaining a seamless appearance when sections are combined. Selectable dimming curves (5 modes) and electronic dimming help match fades to the cueing style of your show or the response you need for camera work.
Touring-ready connectivity and outdoor-capable construction
Built for touring and professional production workflows, the fixture supports DMX and RDM for addressing and remote management. IP-rated power, DMX, and Ethernet connections and an IP65 enclosure support temporary outdoor and wet-use environments. A large onboard display with password protection streamlines setup and helps prevent accidental menu changes.
