The NEW Elation SOL II Blinder LED is a compact, IP65-rated LED blinder and effects fixture built for touring, live events, and permanent installations where you need bold audience-impact looks and reliable outdoor-ready performance. Inspired by the radiant sun, the SŌL II BLINDER is the second in a new groundbreaking series of creative LED blinder and effects solutions that seamlessly marries cutting-edge technology with artistic ingenuity. 

High-output RGBLAW color with refined white control

The SŌL II BLINDER boasts a remarkable spectrum of colors from 2x 350W RGB+Lime+Amber+White LED engine swith (TBA) CRI for high-quality color reproduction. The proprietary RGBLAW engine delivers exceptionally bright, high-fidelity whites while offering a full color range that takes LED blinder color to the next level.

Despite its compact form, the SŌL II BLINDER packs a punch at over (TBA) lumens, with 30,750 total fixture lumens (sphere) for powerful blinder hits, wide washes, and eye-candy effects. Fully variable 16-bit color temperature adjustment from 1800K - 8500K is achievable, and a dim to warm or red shift emulation function has been included to help match the warm glow of an incandescent blinder. CMY emulation provides the designer with immediate access to the impressive LED color array, including beautiful mixed whites, while a virtual gel library allows for easy recall of a variety of premixed shades.

Beam coverage and aiming for flexible rigging

A 46° beam angle provides strong coverage for audience washes and stage-facing effects while keeping the fixture practical for arrays. Individual pan adjustment with lock supports precise aiming within multi-unit configurations, helping you build symmetrical blinder walls or asymmetrical looks without fighting drift once the fixture is set.

Control, addressing, and wireless device management

Controllable via DMX or RDM protocols, SŌL II BLINDER offers a unique ‘Array Mode’ addressing system and proprietary Aria x2 wireless device management for simpler system setup and maintenance. You can also choose between high-output blinder mode or constant output mode when even light level is required for long periods of time.

Outdoor-ready design and compatible array systems

IP65 rated and convection cooled for use in harsh environments, the SŌL II BLINDER is wrapped in a lightweight yet durable compact housing. Its unique horizontal and vertical array rigging method is compatible with SŌL IV, SŌL I Blinder Frame, Pulse Panel, SIX+ BAR, and PULSE BAR interconnect, making it easy to scale from a single fixture to larger audience-facing arrays. Dimensions are 9.29 in (236 mm) long, 16.54 in (420 mm) wide, and 8.27 in (210 mm) high, with a fixture-only weight of 23.8 lb (10.8 kg) for manageable handling on truss or ground-supported builds.
