This BrightBox Osiris outdoor LED tile package is designed for touring, rental, and live-event environments where fast setup and reliable performance matter. The 3.9 mm pixel pitch supports clear viewing at typical audience distances, while the 500 x 500mm form factor makes it easy to scale into common wall sizes and creative layouts.

Image Performance and On-Site Visibility

With 4,500 nit brightness, the Osiris Outdoor tiles are built to stay readable in bright ambient light. A >=3,840 Hz refresh rate helps reduce on-camera flicker for broadcast and IMAG, and 16-bit grayscale supports smoother gradients and more consistent color in content with subtle shading.

Tile Design, Serviceability, and Protection

Each panel measures 500 x 500 x 83 mm and weighs 17.6 lbs. The Osiris platform supports front and rear serviceability for easier maintenance depending on how the wall is built. For outdoor use and event conditions, the tiles feature an IP rating of IP65 (front) and IP54 (rear). The cabinet also supports curvature of +/- 5 degrees for gentle concave or convex builds.

System Control and Technical Specifications

This package includes a NovaStar VX400S-N processor, and the control system is NovaStar for streamlined LED processing and system integration. The panel uses SMD 1921 LEDs with a 128 x 128 pixel resolution per tile, a 1/16 scan mode, and 65,536 dots per meter squared pixel density. Power specifications include max power usage of 2000W and input power of 600W. Rated lifespan is 100,000 hours.
