NEW High End Systems Flex Hog
Description
The High End Systems Flex Hog offers all the critical controls of the Tour Hog in a more minimalist form, making it a strong fit for intimate productions, backstage setups, and space-conscious FOH or tech tables. Packed with compelling, road-tested features in a compact design, the Flex Hog console provides RGB-backlit keys and motorized faders, five high-quality encoders with assignable wheel buttons, plus user and function keys for console customization.
Hands-on control in a compact footprint
Built for fast programming and reliable playback, Flex Hog combines tactile hardware with clear visual feedback. Six full color function key displays help keep frequently used actions and states visible at a glance, while user configurable displays with recordable views make it easy to standardize workflows across different shows or operators. Three color schemes (daylight, regular, and dark environment) help maintain readability in changing lighting conditions.
Programming, playback, and show workflow
Dedicated views provide quick access to commonly used tools, including palette, list, views, scenes, batches, and effects directories, along with a programmer window, plot views, and an output window. Fixture Schedule and Patch windows can be sorted by fixture or by universe, supporting efficient setup and changes during prep or load-in. Flex Hog supports 64 universes for larger, multi-universe rigs while keeping a streamlined console layout.
Connectivity for modern rigs
For power and networking integration, the console includes a Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 power input and thru, plus two Neutrik EtherCON Ethernet connections. It also provides four 5-pin XLR DMX outputs and a 3-pin XLR SMPTE input for timecode-based playback. USB connectivity includes four USB 3.0 Type A ports and two Type C connectors, and onboard Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth antennas support flexible control and connectivity options depending on your setup.
External monitor support and physical specs
Flex Hog supports two external DisplayPort monitors at 1280x1024 minimum resolution, with optional touch or multi-touch control for expanded workspace and faster navigation. Dimensions (HxWxD) are 5.2" x 29" x 15.1" (131 x 737 x 384 mm), and weight is 27 lbs (12.3 kgs). A 3-pin XLR desk light connection is provided at the standard point.
