After the worldwide success of the Rivale Profile and more than 10,000 units in use in less than a year, Ayrton is proud to present its brand new Veloce Profile, the second ultra-equipped luminaire in the « ULTIMATE » family, specially designed for large spaces. Built for demanding productions, it is a versatile IP65 moving-head profile luminaire capable of operating indoors or outdoors, including salty environments, making it a practical choice for touring, festivals, arenas, and broadcast-ready events.

Designed for Large Spaces, Built to Move

The ULTIMATE range has broken the codes with its avant-garde design, a family of perfectly homothetic luminaires that reinforces the sense of unity between the different models. The use of new, lighter aluminium parts has resulted in a significant reduction in weight, with the aim of achieving the best weight to power ratio on the market without the use of expensive or unstable special alloys. Veloce Profile is the lightest luminaire in its category, weighing just 40.5 kg (90 lbs). For greater freedom of movement and design flexibility, Veloce Profile comes as standard with infinite continuous rotation on both pan and tilt, supporting creative rigging positions and repeatable cues without reposition limits.

High-Output LED Engine and Precision Optics

Veloce Profile pushes back the limits of integration with a brand new sealed monoblock 850 W high efficiency LED module, calibrated at 6500 K, which offers a luminous flux of 43,000 lumens with optimum positioning on the black body to achieve perfect light neutrality. The proprietary 13-lens optical system offers a zoom ratio of 13:1 and a range of use from 4° to 52° with fast motorized linear zoom. A 180 mm front lens delivers an ultra-intensive 4° beam for long-throw applications, while the wider zoom settings provide broad coverage for washes, scenic texture, and mid-air looks.

Advanced Color Control for Shows and Camera

Veloce Profile, like all the luminaires in the « ULTIMATE » range, adopts a revolutionary new CMY colour mixing system with ultra-fast high-definition discs. This single-layer system provides a clear improvement in colour intensity during reproduction. An ultra-fast, high-definition single-disc progressive CTO enables precise colour temperature adjustment from 2700 K to 6500 K, and a 7-position colour wheel with special filters completes the palette of tools dedicated to colour creation. For specific applications requiring perfect colour reproduction, Veloce Profile offers a subtle adjustment of the colour rendering index from 70 to 86. Flicker-free source management makes it suitable for TV applications and all video-recorded events, helping maintain stable output on camera.

Framing, Gobos, and Beam-Shaping Tools

A new, ultra-precise framing module makes it possible to isolate any object thanks to the surgical positioning of each shutter blade over 100% of the surface with +/- 90° rotation. For pattern projection and texture, Veloce Profile includes two indexable rotating gobo wheels with seven high precision glass gobos, plus open position, with adjustable-speed rotation in both directions. Additional beam control tools include a fast iris diaphragm (15% to 100% open) with dynamic effects, plus two frost filters (one light, one heavy) for softening edges and blending.

Reliable Construction for Touring and Installations

Engineered for real-world handling, Veloce Profile uses an aluminium and steel moving-head skeleton, a die-cast composite alloy base, and aluminium and copper heatsinks, with self-extinguishing fire-retardant ABS PC (V0 class) covers. Four-side handles and four heavy-duty feet support safer transportation and stable placement. Exterior finish is black (Carbon). Dimensions are 16" x 30" x 14.5" (404 x 757 x 366 mm), and flight-case foam dimensions are 20" x 25" x 27" (500 x 640 x 680 mm).
