Chauvet Professional Ovation E-260WW IP is a warm white, ERS-style ellipsoidal fixture built for outdoor use, bringing the breakthrough concept of the Ovation E-260WW into an IP65-rated platform. Designed for theatrical, architectural, and event lighting where weather exposure is a factor, it delivers an output stated to surpass that of a 750 W HPL source while maintaining a flat, even field that supports clean gobo projection.

Outdoor-Ready ERS Performance

With full IP65 rating for seasonal indoor or outdoor deployment, Ovation E-260WW IP is suited to temporary installs, exterior stages, and venues that need the familiarity of an ellipsoidal profile without moving fixtures in and out due to weather. The fixture supports standard Ovation beam shaping shutters and lens options, keeping workflow consistent for crews already accustomed to traditional ERS focusing and shutter cuts.

Beam Control and Projection

The even field and ERS optical format are built to keep patterns and edges looking uniform across the beam, helping gobos read clearly and shutter cuts stay crisp. Because a lens is not included, you can choose the beam angle that matches your throw distance and trim height, and the fixture can take compatible ETC lenses.

Dimming, Camera Use, and Control

Ovation E-260WW IP offers ultra smooth 16-bit dimming, plus 8-bit dimming curves with four dim modes to complement different programming styles. Electronic dimming and an electronic shutter/strobe (0 to 30 Hz) support both subtle fades and rhythmic effects. Selectable PWM helps avoid visible flicker on camera, and RDM capability adds flexibility for addressing and device management in compatible DMX systems.

Connectivity for Professional Rigs

Power and data connections are designed for real-world production environments: an Edison (local) plug to Seetronic Powerkon IP65 for power input, Seetronic Powerkon IP65 power pass-through, and 5-pin IP65 XLR for data. The included power cable length is 5 ft (1.5 m).
