NEW ADJ Jolt Bar FX2

The ADJ Jolt Bar FX2 is a high-output LED strobe and color wash bar designed for concerts, touring rigs, clubs, and event production where you need both punchy white strobing and saturated RGB effects from a single fixture. It features a central strip of 112 x 5-Watt cool white SMD LEDs, surrounded on both sides by a total of 448 x 0.5-Watt RGB color mixing SMD LEDs. This allows the same fixture to generate intense white strobing as well as colored washes and strobe effects.

Pixel Control for Chases and “Eye Candy”

Both LED types are grouped into independently controllable zones (16 white and 32 color), which means the unit can also be used to generate strobe chases and other ‘eye candy’ effects. For designers and programmers, this zoning makes it easy to build layered looks, such as a crisp white center strobe with complementary RGB movement on the sides, or wide color sweeps that play across multiple fixtures.

Aria X2 Wireless Workflow and Fixture Upgrades

Building on the success of the original Jolt Bar FX, the new Jolt Bar FX2 features upgrades that will help Lighting Designers add a new level of creativity to their light shows. ADJ’s proprietary Aria X2 wireless management suite is built-in to each fixture, which allows for setup, data distribution and OTA updates to occur wirelessly. This can streamline multi-fixture deployments by reducing time spent on access and maintenance tasks during load-ins and changeovers.

Frost Lens Included for a Softer, Blended Look

The fixture is supplied with a frost lens assembly that easily attaches to the front of the unit to change its look and output. The frost blurs the pixel dots providing designers another creative way to change the effect from project to project, especially when you want a more continuous wash appearance rather than a defined pixel look.

Rigging, Linking, and Photometric Details

Each fixture is also supplied with a connecting plate that allows multiple units to be joined together seamlessly, helping you create longer, continuous lines of strobe and color effects across truss, set pieces, or stage edges. The Jolt Bar FX2 offers a 76.6° beam angle and 92° field angle (full on), and includes a 180 degree mounting bracket system for flexible positioning.
